# Destek sistemi hata veriyor

Destek sisteminin aşağıdaki gibi hata vermesi, destek kanalına ait kategoriyi silmenizden kaynaklanır.

Bu hata ile karşılaştığınızda web panel üzerinden sistemi kaldırdıktan sonra destek sistemine ait açılmış kanalları ve Destek ismindeki rolü silin. Daha sonra web panel üzerinden sistemi tekrardan kurabilir ve aktif olarak kullanabilirsiniz.
